I have a BSc and MSc in Psychology and a post-graduate diploma in cognitive-behavioural therapy. Furthermore, I have training in counselling, compassion-focused, acceptance and commitment and mindfulness therapies.
I specialise in anxiety, depression, trauma, culturally adaptive/sensitive therapy and more, having worked with clients and employees in NHS hospital and clinical environments.
I speak English, Urdu and Punjabi.
