I bring a 30-year therapeutic practice from the UK and USA charitable sector.
I was on the four women team that established ChildLine in Scotland and worked namely (not exhaustive) with children, young people and adults living with trauma, violence and addiction at Save the Children and Women’s Aid.
Now with Brave Your Day, I specialise in work with girls/young women (11-18) and women to reduce their fear, overwhelm, anxiety to regain self-belief, to trust their voice so they can find their words and create meaning in their life experiences.
