Ewa Wojtaczka

Dietitian

I am a Registered Dietitian with a First Class Honours degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics from the Glasgow Caledonian University. I trained in the NHS clinical setting, and I am registered with the Health and Care Professions Council.

What do dietitians do? Dietitians are the only nutrition professionals in the UK who are qualified to assess, diagnose, and treat diet and nutrition problems.

We are ‘evidence-based’, meaning that we only give advice that has been scientifically proven to work, and we translate the latest research in nutrition, health, and disease to practical steps that you can take to improve your nutrition and lifestyle.

How can I help you? I have experienced living with overweight and obesity myself, along with PCOS, IBS, multiple food intolerances, iron-deficiency anaemia, and prediabetes. Through nutrition and lifestyle changes, I regained a healthy weight, but most importantly my overall health and wellbeing.

I can provide highly personalised nutritional advice and discuss other lifestyle factors to fit around your life for a wide range of conditions affected by nutrition. I also work with people who would like to learn how to eat a healthy, balanced diet for improved energy levels, and overall wellbeing.
