Sometimes, through no fault of our own, we get stuck in vicious cycles. CBT helps us to understand the origins or our problems, with the main focus on learning to more effectively manage our thoughts, feelings and behaviours in the present. We will work together to establish new skills and strategies, leading to positive and lasting change.
