Clinical Psychologist

Dr Shri Cameron is a registered practitioner clinical psychologist with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC, PYL35758) and a registered member of the Association of Clinical Psychologists (ACP-UK, 2655).

Shri is able to provide autism and ADHD neurodevelopmental assessments for young people as well as dyslexia and cognitive assessments. She is also able to provide compassionate and value-driven therapeutic interventions for young people, and families, with a range of mental health difficulties, including depression, anxiety, trauma as well as behavioural difficulties. For young people with a neurodiversity, Shri’s therapeutic interventions are very much from a neuro-affirmative, strength-based perspective, allowing the individual to create a different narrative around their experiences and their impact on sense of self and well-being.

Shri utilises several therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy as well as systemic and behavioural approaches, tailored to the need of the client.

She can offer assessment or therapeutic interventions via face-to-face appointments, videocalls or a combination of both depending on the needs of the client and their family.
